1. Eligibility for Return

- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
- You notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:

- Customized or made-to-order items.
- Products returned without original packaging.

- Once approved, you may be asked to ship the product back to us.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds are issued only if the product is out of stock or a genuine issue is confirmed.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
- Refunds will be credited via the original mode of payment or as store credit.
5. Shipping Charges
- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
