At Akshaya Homely Foods, we take utmost care in preparing and packaging our products to ensure they reach you fresh and safe. Since our items are food-based and perishable, we follow a no-return policy once the products are delivered.

1. Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  • You notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Products that are used, worn, or altered.
  • Customized or made-to-order items.
  • Products returned without original packaging.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us within 24 hours via phone or WhatsApp.
  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging.
  • Once approved, you may be asked to ship the product back to us.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued only if the product is out of stock or a genuine issue is confirmed.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
  • Refunds will be credited via the original mode of payment or as store credit.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Exchange Policy

If eligible, you may request an exchange for the same or similar product (subject to availability).
